Exploring the interplay between beauty and perception.
In a world that associates beauty with perfection, the traces of a breast surgery are characterized as 'marks' rather than silent voices of resilience or a medal of strength. Who determines beauty and proportion? Is it the strict rules of society, or can we find the courage to reconsider our perceptions?
In the work 'Beauty Spots,' these therapeutic threads, far from imperfections, are presented as symbols of strength, survival, and the profound ability of the human body to heal and transform. Real beauty is not found in perfection, but in the resilience to carry our marks as badges of honor, celebrating the journey of this transformation.
